Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates  

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for Australia are Free.

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping to most countries. 

Shipping charges including applicable taxes and duties for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Erebus ship internationally via our shipping partners, with country taxes included.

Your order may be subject to other charges which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Erebus Watches is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is still wrapped unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at service@erebuswatches.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Any returned product due to non-delivery will be refunded net of return shipping costs and any country taxes levied via shipper.
