Delays are unfortunate, and we are always do our best to minimise them as much as possible. They can still happen, especially since mistakes can happen during production which can result in parts not meeting our strict quality standards. Unfortunately, pre-orders are non-refundable. The reason for this is that the funding we receive from a pre-order campaign is required to start the production run of the specific collection.
