This Is The Most PERFECT Combination I've Seen! ... BUT

Jason The Watch Guy - This is my first time working with Erebus and they haven't disappointed. This is a world first for a field watch and they've nailed it. Their Twenty-Four is absolutely fantastic and holds an amazing complication but there's something you need to know before buying. Linked below!

The new Erebus Twenty-Four changes the field watch game with its novel 24-hour display

Time + Tide - The field watch sector is a busy corner of the market, and it’s easy to see why. Few watch types deliver a better everyday wearing experience. Typically well-sized, comfortable, robust and highly legible, field watches excel at the fundamentals.

My Opinion on the NEW Erebus Watch.

Top Tier Ticker - EREBUS just dropped a brand new watch... BUT is it any good? At face value it's your typical field watch. But this one has something special going on under the hood!

Erebus Twenty-Four...Not just a great idea, a brilliant watch!

Esbjorn Wristwatch Reviews - There are watches at twice this price that have nothing like this level of technical ambition. The Twenty-Four isn't trying to be another me-too field watch or another boring homage to something else. It's doing its own thing — and doing it with enough mechanical credibility to back up the concept.

Erebus brings back a quirky complication in the new Twenty-Four field watch. by Borna Bošnjak, WatchPoint

The usual field watch formula hardly lends itself to complications in a true sense of the word. Sure, a date or a GMT could be useful – maybe even a chronograph – but anything overly audacious could be detrimental to a design you’d expect to prioritise legibility. Australian microbrand Erebus, however, looked to the 1960s for inspiration for their first field watch, and more specifically, the Gruen Airflight. That watch leveraged pilots’ requirements reading 24-hour time by implementing a modified date mechanism that would allow the watch to display a 24-hour time format by swapping over the dial indices every 12 hours.

The new Erebus Twenty-Four (24) might be one of the most innovative affordable watches released in years. In this review, I take a deep look at the mechanical field watch that automatically switches its dial every 12 hours to display true 24-hour time.

Worn & Wound

For Erebus, the Australian watch brand founded in 2022, building a great watch is not enough. According to founders Jody Musgrove and Steven Parker, the aim is clear: to make the “best made watches, with the best specifications, at the best prices.” With the release of the Erebus Twenty-Four, that philosophy is put into practice.

Gear Patrol

The military field watch, as we know it, was codified by the US government in the late 1950s and early 1960s. One of the defining elements is a military time dial, featuring a numerical hour track joined by an additional, smaller hour track numbered 13 through 24.

In this Erebus Ascent review video, I analyze the newest release from Jody at Just One More Watch. Their first watch, the Erebus Origin, was far from perfect. Is this new line of watches any better?

I spent a week photographing and wearing these new watches from Erebus and I thought it strange that Jody and Stephen had sent me this model again to re-photograph for their website.

Turns out this is not the original Erebus, its the new 38...I knew there was something different about this..but it took me a week to figure it out..I definitely need a holiday

I spent a good week with all the new GMT watches from Erebus, so I managed to get a good gauge of what they are like in the hand and on the wrist....I share my thoughts.

It has been many years in the making and after spending a week on the wrist, I struggled to find any flaws for the price he is offering these for...well done.
